Does AI write my guests' reviews?

No. Guests write every word themselves. Our AI is a friendly coach — it suggests mood-based prompts and nudges key details (guide name, favorite moment, weather, team). The result is authentic reviews that are faster to write and more helpful to read.

Will all reviews sound the same?

Nope. We rotate 20+ prompt sets by vibe (Hyped, Chill, Poetic, Straight Facts, and more) so suggestions stay fresh. Guests pick their own vibe and write in their own words — no copy/paste drafts.

How long is the free trial?

Your free trial lasts 14 days. We'll remind you a few days before it ends.

Where is my dashboard?

After signup, you're taken straight to your dashboard. You can return anytime from the homepage menu or the welcome email. It includes setup steps, share links, and review stats.

How do I set up the iPad kiosk?

On your dashboard Overview tab, click Print setup sheet. It has your setup code and a QR for quick access. Place it next to the iPad for easy onboarding.

How do guests leave reviews?

Tap the kiosk, scan the QR, or share your link from the dashboard. Guests pick a few tags, add a note, and you're done—in under a minute.

Can I post to Google and TripAdvisor?

Yes. Add your Google and TripAdvisor links on the Overview tab (Review Links panel). We'll offer guests a single-tap path to post publicly after they submit.
