By using TourReviewAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe.
• Trials convert to paid automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time to stop future billing; access continues through the end of the billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support@tourreviewai.com within 14 days of billing for help.

Acceptable Use

• No spam or abuse of email or review systems.
• No illegal or harmful content.
• Respect third‑party terms when linking to Google, TripAdvisor, etc.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and keeping it secure. Businesses control data for their guides inside their account.

Service Changes

We may change or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice of impactful changes.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
